At the core of Heritage is Founder and Designated Broker, Lance Neely. Lance brings a passion, perspective, and background that makes Heritage a unique real estate experience.
Lance Neely has been a proud resident of Seattle for the past twenty years. He received his BA in Sociology from the University of Washington, and his Masters in Psychology from Antioch University. Professionally, he gained invaluable project management and consulting experience working for some of Seattle’s top employers including, WAMU, AT&T and Colliers, where he was highly valued for his results-driven, efficient approach and problem-solving skills. Consistently committed to the best outcome for his teams and clients over a fifteen-year corporate career, in 2014 Lance decided to turn his full-time attention to real estate, a life-long interest. Lance quickly became valued as an innovative, impeccable and thoughtful agent with a unique perspective in the field.
Having recognized a need in the market that went beyond the basic real estate transaction between client and broker, but rather placed an emphasis on building a home through a personalized experience to suit each client’s individual needs, Lance formed Heritage Residential in 2018 with that goal in mind.
